Hi, my name is Nicola and I'm an hacker. Specifically I love to define myself an hybrid hacker. I'm passionate about so many things and I always try to combine them to achieve better results.

The most famous and active one is EasyWP, a WordPress managed hosting built on top of Kubernetes and other bleeding edge technologies
  • Previously I owned a web/mobile agency, a startup and I worked for famous Italian firms as a freelencer
  • I'm a tech/geek guy and while I love to get my hands dirty, in the last years I focused my carreer into building super talented teams and drive them to build stunning products
  • Despite my leadirship role, I'm pretty experienced with most of today's trending technologies, both on public and private cloud field
  • I wouldn't consider myself a developer, but I know some coding languages and most common patterns. Goes without saying, I can read every kind of code in any language (maybe I'm a bit rusty with ASM atm :P)

  • Public cloud (AWS, Gcloud)
  • Containers (Docker, Rkt) and containers orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Storage (Gluster, OpenEBS, ZFS, NFS)
  • I'm fluent in Python and atm I'm learning a bit of Golang
  • How to build successful products based on bleeding edge technologies
  • Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban and how to tailor them on different teams
  • How to spot talented ppl and grow technical teams
  • How to deal with remote working and lead remote teams (I've 10+ years of experience with that)
  • Entreprenourship and a bit of business and design due to my previous experiences

What I don't know

  • Public speaking
  • Math
  • A lot of other thigs that one day I would like to learn

What I enjoy in my free time
